I had a really great experience with Jay and Cindy. I was actually originally looking to buy property in Charlotte and when I told my Charlotte realtor that I was looking into Wilmington, she said that she had a great experience with Jay and Cindy and she referred me to them. I realized in my first conversation with Jay that he was really smart and knew the area extremely well. I value honesty the most in a realtor as an out of state investor so I just wanted someone who was straight with me. I was looking into a few different properties and Jay went to each one and took a full video of the property and then he gave me all of his pros and cons for each property. I live in New York so I was totally reliant on his opinions in making my decision. He also set me up with a property manager ahead of time who told me what the property would rent for and it rented for that exact amount one week after she put it on the market. I am already seeing a good return on investment and Jay and Cindy were great every step of the way.

Their attention & advice until closing was constant and professional, especially considering that the period in between accepting the offer and closing included Hurricane Florence!! With all the negotiations, inspections, appraisals, re-inspections after the storm, etc., we never felt there was an unaddressed issue or unanswered question. The two of them went above and beyond with personal handling of after-storm clean up and support. Even with the calamity of the storm, we were able to close just two weeks after the originally scheduled date.
