I had a really great experience with Jay and Cindy. I was actually originally looking to buy property in Charlotte and when I told my Charlotte realtor that I was looking into Wilmington, she said that she had a great experience with Jay and Cindy and she referred me to them. I realized in my first conversation with Jay that he was really smart and knew the area extremely well. I value honesty the most in a realtor as an out of state investor so I just wanted someone who was straight with me. I was looking into a few different properties and Jay went to each one and took a full video of the property and then he gave me all of his pros and cons for each property. I live in New York so I was totally reliant on his opinions in making my decision. He also set me up with a property manager ahead of time who told me what the property would rent for and it rented for that exact amount one week after she put it on the market. I am already seeing a good return on investment and Jay and Cindy were great every step of the way.

Jay and Cindy Curley are the Best! Their attention & advice until closing was constant and professional, especially considering that the period in between accepting the offer and closing included Hurricane Florence!! With all the negotiations, inspections, appraisals, re-inspections after the storm, etc., we never felt there was an unaddressed issue or unanswered question. The two of them went above and beyond with personal handling of after-storm clean up and support. Even with the calamity of the storm, we were able to close just two weeks after the originally scheduled date.

Jay and Cindy Curley are absolutely everything you would want in the very best, intelligent, caring , honest and resourceful agents! They were like a dream come true for where would you find agents that would tell you "this house is not for you" or "this is not a good house" and actually NOT want to sell it because they truly and sincerely want YOU to be happy! I have never met or experienced and will never find any other agent as good and decent and knowledgeable as them! When we were not able to be at the listing, Jay even videoed the homes so beautifully for us which saved us a lotta time and disappointment! These two are the absolute best people to work with! They helped us figure out the most beautiful 1st home possible. I was so impressed with their patients, we went to view a lot of houses.
